Biz-comm server migration completed
In internet years, our server needed to be replaced. Moving 100+ domains, 800+ email accounts is no small task. We scheduled for Labor Day weekend to keep disruption to a minimum for our clients.
With the assistance of migration specialists, Reliable Penquin in NC, the migration was lengthy (many weeks of preparation) but painless. Thank you to Ben Blakely for his diligence and around the clock availability to address decades-old-code that needed to be rerouted. I was very impressed, and those who know me well, know that is hard to do. 🙂
We started migration at 1 am Monday, Labor Day, and when clients came back to work on Tuesday, there were only 2 clients who needed assistance with older set ups.
